WE OFFER A RECEPTION TRAY UPON YOUR ARRIVAL:
YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM A WINE & SNACK TRAY OR A DESSERT TRAY.
- A deposit of your first nights charge is required to confirm your reservations Credit card required.
- Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. We adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made 14 days prior to your reservation date will result in a full refund less $35 handling fee.However cancellations made within 14 days of your confirmed arrival date will result in a loss of your deposit.
- For Premium Weekends, there is a 2 night minimum stay. These are weekends in which civic events are planned on a yearly basis.
Accommodations
At Glenrich Bed and Breakfast you are the only guest. We have one unit that is an entire suite. We have 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed,small sitting area and plenty of storage/closet space.Also included is a large private bath with a tub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen and TV viewing area.
Other amenities include cable TV, a complimentary reception tray when you arrive, a private deck, garden patio and covered porch.
Room rates are based on double occupancy. Maximum occupancy for the entire unit is 4.
ONE Bedroom is $150 per night. The second bedroom is an additional $50 per person.
SPECIAL RATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR EXTENDED STAYS.
All state and local taxes and fees do apply. Pets and smoking are NOT permitted. (Smoking residue left within the unit will result in a $75 cleaning fee added to your credit card.)
Normal check in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Both times are negotiable based on your specific needs.
