- Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. We adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made 14 days prior to your reservation date will result in a full refund less $35 handling fee.However cancellations made within 14 days of your confirmed arrival date will result in a loss of your deposit (EQUAL TO ONE NIGHT'S STAY).
- For Premium Weekends, there is a 2 night minimum stay. These are weekends in which civic events are planned on a yearly basis.
Accommodations
At Glenrich Bed and Breakfast we now offer a one bedroom main floor suite and a 2 bedroom second floor suite. Each with a queen size bed,small sitting area and plenty of storage/closet space. Also included is a large private bath , the first floor bath has a shower only and the second floor suite has a tub and shower Each suite has a dining/kitchen area and TV viewing area.
Other amenities include cable TV, WIFI, a private deck, garden patio and covered porch. Your suite includes an assortment of complimentary soft drinks, coffee, tea and popcorn.
Room rates are based on double occupancy. Maximum occupancy for the main floor is 2 and the second story suite occupancy is 4.
ONE Bedroom is $150 per night. The second bedroom is an additional $50 per person.
SPECIAL RATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR EXTENDED STAYS.
This price does not include state and local taxes. Pets and smoking are NOT permitted. (Smoking residue left within the unit will result in a $75 cleaning fee added to your credit card.)
Normal check in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Both times are negotiable based on your specific needs.
